PHOENIX – November 22, 2013 – Global Water Management, LLC (“FATHOM”) announced today that the City of Cedar Hill, Texas, has contracted the FATHOM platform to provide the city with a fully integrated, end‐to‐end Customer Information System (CIS), including utility billing and revenue management services, and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) with FATHOM Meter Data Management (MDM)software. The selection of FATHOM is significant as it represents direct action by the city to address the area’s ongoing drought with effective water conservation plans, powerful customer services tools, upgraded infrastructure, and real‐time data. This is the second Texas municipality that FATHOM has contracted within the past year.
